This policy applies to payments made to us for software subscriptions and manpower services. No payments are collected through this website itself.
Cancellation
You may ask to cancel a product subscription or service by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect as set out in your agreement, proposal or order with us, including any notice period stated there.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is decided according to the terms of your agreement, proposal or order.
Fees for services already delivered, and for staff already deployed, are not refundable.
Where a refund is approved, it is paid to the original payment method or bank account.
